How long have you been at the agency?
Ten years this summer!

What do you like best about working at The Giles Agency?
We’re a family and we look out for each other and our clients. When the going gets tough, we roll up our sleeves and tell our folks at home to hold onto dinner.

Tell us about a project you have worked on that you are proud of:
Annual reports and sustainability reports are the toughest to write, because how do you condense so many different voices into a single narrative? Yet they’re also the most rewarding. Some of the work I’m proudest to have done is for homegrown household names like Swire and Towngas.

Describe the agency in 3 words:
Fast-paced
Challenging
Supportive

What’s your favourite colour?
Not yellow, haha!

What’s your coffee or tea of choice?
I swear by a good heavily smoked Lapsang Souchong in the morning.

And finally, tell us something we might not know about you:
I collect mechanical keyboards and rare keycap sets. I can talk for hours about switches, mods and sound signatures. Really, who am I kidding – everyone knows this about me.
