The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) is a government-backed body in charge of promoting the city worldwide and maintaining its reputation as a premier travel destination. The Giles Agency was tasked with redesigning and writing HKTB’s internal newsletter to reflect on its achievements and keep its international teams up to date on organisation-wide activities.
