Harnessing advanced technology, PanopticAI developed an award-winning product with the potential to revolutionise the healthcare industry. However, the distinction between the company and the product was not clear in marketing collaterals, since the product had no name or branding.
With interest mounting across numerous consumer markets, PanopticAI wanted to create a visually distinct identity for the product, with a proposition that would showcase its strengths to potential customers. The major challenge was in launching the product and linking it to the parent company, which already had an existing reputation and strong track record.
Following a discovery interview and extensive desk research, our English and design teams worked closely together to develop a brand identity and positioning statements for the product, which was eventually named Vitals.
Visually, this included logos, colour palettes, typography and other visual identity elements, along with usage guidelines. Copy guidelines were also developed, covering tone of voice, vocabulary, style and formatting.
Having defined Vitals as a distinct brand with its own identity, the client was ready to move forward and promote the product more widely. They also felt that we understood the product despite its technical complexity and were confident partnering with us to create a wide range of marketing collaterals include a new website.
